Raspberry-Oat Bars


3/4 cup butter

1 cup brown sugar

1 1/2 cups rolled oats

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 pint Heritage Meadows Farm Raspberry Jam


Preheat oven to 400' F.  Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.  Beat the butter and brown sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.  Add oats, flour, salt and baking soda to bowl and mix until crumbly.  Press half of the mixture into prepared baking dish.  Spread jam evenly over the oat mixture.  Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture over the jam.  Bake until lightly browned, about 20 minutes.  Cool before cutting into bars.
