Wanting something other than ground beef or ground pork? Then try our ground lamb. Our heritage katahdin lamb is raised primarily on grass with very little grain. The grain they are given is non gmo. Meat from hair sheep does not have as much lanolin in it so the flavor is milder than commercial wool sheep. Ground lamb is very versatile in any dish that calls for ground lamb ground beef or ground pork. All meats are for local pick up and delivery only.
