A half whole hog, processed, cut, packaged and frozen. This is a $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve. Full price is determined by weight at haul in. Your order will be placed in line as they are received. You will be contacted by us after deposit is placed to confirm processing date and to fill out your cut card. Completed price is calculated at $4/lb live weight and that includes processing fees.

Each shoulder produces approximately 15 lbs. (Roasts or Ground Pork options). Each Ham produces approximately 30 lbs. (Ham Roasts, Ham Steaks, Deli Ham, Ground Pork Options) Each Loin produces approximately 20 lbs. (Fresh Chops, Roasts, Canadian Bacon, Ground Pork Options). Ribs produce approximately 5 lbs. each (Spare, Baby Back). Each side produces approximately 10 lbs. (Bacon, Fresh Belly, Ground Pork Options). Ground Pork options include fresh ground pork, sausage (breakfast, Italian (sweet/hot), Chorizo), Bratwursts (Jalapeno & Cheddar, Jamaican, Polish, Italian (Sweet/Hot))
