HMF Hardneck Garlic baby seed bulbs

We started our own variety from seed many years ago and it takes some time to get them to full maturity. Most of the garlic you purchase are clones from the mother plant. Very few are started from seed due to the length of time it takes to grow out to full mature bulbs. Baby garlic is made up from the smaller bulbs and is a very economical way to start your garlic patch. When we sort the garlic all the smaller bulbs are sold as Baby Garlic. These will continue to gain size over the next few years. 1 pound is roughly 40 to 50 bulbs. The number of cloves on each bulb varies but many have at least 10 cloves.
