Gourd Luffa Heirloom

Grow your own sponges with these Luffa Gourd seeds. Luffas need a fairly long season and here in Indiana we are on the border of being able to grow good Luffas. This is an Heirloom variety that we have been working with for several years and it has adapted to our bit shorter growing season. You can eat this variety when very young , or let the gourds mature to process further into your own home made sponges. All plants are grown in a chemical free environment and processed here on the farm. There are 15 seeds per packet.
