Update
Please be patient with hatching egg orders. We have been overwhelmed with the number of orders that have come in and are working through them as quickly as we can. Some breeds are moving out faster then others, and some breeds we have had to close down on any new orders due to the shear volume of orders that have come in. If you ordered multiple different breeds on one order that can effect how fast it goes out as well. The breeds that have the longest waits are Pilgrim geese, Aylesbury Ducks and Buckeye and New Hampshire chickens. Again I will stress we are a small family farm and we are shipping out orders as fast as we can and send as many as we can at the beginning of each week. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
We have opened orders for hatching eggs. However we will not start shipping until at least March. We can’t start shipping until the weather is good enough to do so. You may go ahead and place your order now which guarantees your place on the waiting list. When we start shipping orders, they will be filled in the order they were received. Every order receives a number and a date the order was placed and thats the order in which they will be shipped. We start with waterfowl orders first and ship chickens a bit later. This is due to the fact that fertility isn’t good in the chickens until a bit later in the season. The exact date they will be shipped is unknown at this time. We will contact you prior to shipping to make sure you are ready for your eggs. WE WILL NOT REFUND YOUR ORDER IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND AND NO LONGER WANT THE EGGS!! So please don’t place the order unless you are sure you want hatching eggs.
We have sold the seed bank. We are still involved with the new owners and will be posting their information soon.
